This does look similar to Camponotus chilensis but I don't think that's what it is, although it does look quite similar. Can you provide some better pictures? That would really help.

This does look similar to Camponotus chilensis to although it does look quite similar. Can you provide some better pictures? That would really help.

I agree. Better photos usually equal to better/accurate IDs

Thanks for the help, according to http://antmaps.org/?...notus.chilensis there's no camponotus chilensis in Brazil.

I am no good at IDing. However I know I have said this before, but seriously how many queen ants do you have by now? It's almost incredible you keep finding theses queens. Also you keep finding different species which is even cooler.
