Does she not have brood because she ate them all, or has she ever started laying? If there's nothing but the queen to move, why not just gently tap her out of the tube and guide her into the formicarium?

If you've had her more than a few days, and she has neither brood nor workers, she could very well be a dud and worth disposing of.

Kindly consider adding proper punctuation to your future posts, and refraining from using chat acronyms like "rn" for "right now." Not only are these forum rules, but also you'll get more and better responses if you try harder, yourself.
