I caught a wild colony in a walnut. I opened up the nut and put it in a container next to a test tube. Will they move in? How can I move them with the nut in the same container. I can’t find the queen but there is brood. About 100 workers

Yep. Put it in a small outworld with a test tube and they will eventually move in. I would try shining a light on the walnut and cover the test tube to make it dark.
