I'm sure you're all asking for new setups, gear, and equipment. I thought we should all share what's on our wish lists and maybe we'll all find things we'd really like to get.

On my list is the book "Ants of Africa & Madagascar" which apparently has a Volume 2? I'll probably never use it but it should be fun to read.

There really no products I really won't since I can just buy whatever I want when I want it being an adult. However I would like the opportunity to go out and get some ant queens again. I essentially decided to start anting as late as possible and so only managed a few queens this year. Now that I know how to do it somewhat I want to go out and see if there are places I can go and are accessible.

For Christmas I am getting 2 mini hearths, "The Insect Societies" by E.O wilson, some new insect pinning / collecting / rearing gear, an inception chamber, a Messer barbarous queen, some beetle jelly (first time trying them, what do you guys think?) and some new THA outworlds.

Disclaimer :  Yes, I am very much aware that Keeping non-native species is the subject of a lot of frustration and arguing in our community. I understand your concern, but I have been doing this for 3 years now and I understand the protocol required to keep non-native species as well as the inherent risks in doing so. I have raised Messors before and I am well versed in their biology, containment and care. I hope you understand and that this topic remains peaceful and civil. All ants that die from this point on in will be immediately incinerated in order to stop the spread of exo / endo parasites. It is already on its way and no amount of arguing and bickering will change that.

You're referring to the decorated GlassBox, shown below?

They'll probably make a very brief encore soon, as I have a small amount of unsold inventory from earlier in the year. I'm just going to make them in advance, rather than made-to-order.
