Hello everyone, I have a colony of what got identified as technomyrmex jocosus. There are some bigger workers and some smaller ones not majors or anything. While reading crystals beginners guide it said that if you under feed your ants they will turn out smaller than the others. Does that mean I am under feeding them? There is about 100 workers.

Assuming you have the species correctly identified, it doesn't appear they produce a major caste.

What he's saying is that the species of ants you're raising, assuming that you actually do have that species, only produces one size of workers. If you think that you're not feeding them enough, try feeding them more often and with greater variety.
