Could it be technomyrmex jocosus as suggested above?
The pictures are blurry, but it looks more along the lines of Paratrechina longicornis to me.

Yea I've been trying to look for one but the cheapest is like $120
what???? You can get one from Antkit for a few bucks. I got mine on eBay for 30. I think that it's Technomyrmex, it has the color, flight time, and body shape as them.
