Definitely not Paratrechina longicornis. My best guess would be Iridomyrmex sp. but I am not too sure. You're probably gonna have to do some digging yourself or wait for a member from that region of the world to help you.

Currently Keeping:
Trachymyrmex septentrionalis

Pheidole pilifera

Forelius sp. (Monogynous, bicolored) "Midwestern Forelius"
Crematogaster cerasi

Pheidole bicarinata

Aphaenogaster rudis

Camponotus chromaiodes

Formica sp. (microgena species)

Nylanderia cf. arenivega

Ok thanks, the workers of these queens are silvery sort of. I think they are having nuptial flights as there are lots of alates in the nests right now.
