The AntWeb page for Myrmicinae in Oregon doesn't show any fungus-farming genera, unfortunately  :(

Current Species:
Camponotus fragilis

Novomessor cockerelli

Pogonomyrmex montanus

Pogonomyrmex rugosus

Manica bradleyi

kellakk, that list isn't good for locating species. It's missing quite a few species commonly found here in michigan.

That's likely because there isn't a resident myrmecologist curating the collection in your state.

Even so, I doubt there would be fungus-gardening Attini that far north. I couldn't find any of the US attines in Oregon using the SCAN website, and a look at the range maps for all attine genera on AntWiki didn't turn up any in Oregon.

Maybe along the Oregon California border, I'm really hoping to find some of these queens.
