how do I transfer a colony from a test tube to a THA mini hearth

I can't figure out how to move my lasuis spp colony from a test tube to a THA mini hearth there isn't any way that i can attach the test tube to the formicarium. Any suggestions?

Yes, there should be a test tube adapter in the THA mini hearth, i think. Attach it.

Follow my instructions then...

1. Gently tap the ants to the bottom from the sides.

2. Put your hands with your test tube inside of the mini-hearth.

3. Carefully but quickly, remove cotton and gently place down test tube.

4. This method will take weeks for the ants to get used to their mini hearth, but if you are very careful not to overheat the ants, but a light over the test tube to encourage takeoff.

5. Care for them as needed, add water and food supply.

6. After the queen and workers are away from the test tube, carefully remove old test tube that once housed the ants.
