I just can't get enough! If I am not looking for ants I am making formicariums or tormenting the ants I have. Failing that I am reading every post I can about ants, reading scientific papers on ants or watching videos of ants.. I may have a problem. My wife is not impressed.
Will the obsession pass?

No - I'm afraid it never will. At least it hasn't for me after 6-7 years of doing just that.

What type of formicariums do you make? Maybe you can channel all your ant obsession into making simple formicariums you can sell cheap to other users. Like Crystals =D.

I just started on hebel block (ytong) ones. Free to good homes if I ever get surplus.

6-7 years!! You must be a pro by now!!

What a world it is! I found a complete colony inside a small sandstone boulder... I am slowly reducing it to rubble to get at the goodness inside.

Where are you located? I've been looking for a ytong distributer and if shipping is not so bad, I'd probably want to buy some bricks off of you.

The boulder I am smashing had the queen! We are in business! Same species as the 7 in the tubes too. So I should be able to boost.
