Okay so one of the two Brachymymex Depilis queens I got is shaking her butt up and down. Is she laying an egg?
She looks like she is struggling
Can you send a pic or a video of it, or did the queen stop?
Brachymymex Depilis are a really small species, and the camera on the phone I use sucks, not to mention using it on a queen this small.

I've read they like humid nest chambers and can dry out easily. I found a couple and let them go as not the easiest to keep, though people do keep them. Good luck with her ![]()
Hmmm from my experience small species like Solenopsis molesta "drown" easily... Try to keep a good eye on her
