This looks like Pachycondyla rufipes to me. If you could follow the information in the ID guidelines I would be able to get a much more solid ID.

Seeing as though there are alot of black ants. Please also take a clear picture from the front somewhat and the top. Also include your location. And any marks you find might help us identify it. Thanks!
