I have a p.imparis colony, a unknown Pheidole colony, a tetramorium sp.E, and a camponotus noveboracensis colony I plan to hibernate them in a wine cooler but I don't know what temp I should set it to or what month I should but them in or what month I should pull them out.

As a general rule for ants, set the temp to 8C.  Put them in when ants outside hibernate (are no longer visible anywhere).  Pull them out once you start seeing ants outside again.  This should be roughly a 3-4 month gap depending on latitude.  The exact weeks to start/end honestly aren't terribly important in my experience.
