So it turns out the queen is red, but the workers are yellow! They currently have lots of brood, 10-15 nanitics and very healthy!
Wow, population is growing fast, about 15-20 workers, and they all just took on about 30 wingless fruit flies. won't have to feed them for a while! I have some honey and nyger seeds out, but none of them seem to be interested. But they still have full gasters. Love this colony!
Can you post some pictures?

Yeah pictures would be a good but a video would be even better!
So, every single worker has died, from who knows what. I gave them calcium dusted flightless fruit flies, but now every single worker is dead, except the queen. She has a big pile of brood, so I'm hoping she gets caught back up.

Yes, I know I don't. I dusted them with calcium so they couldn't jump out of the feeding thing. I know when to feed, and what they eat.
