What kind of seeds are these?

I found some seeds on some plants but have no idea what they are.

I would like to know if they are dangerous to ants or can be consumed by ants.

Looks like crabgrass. Some harvester ants will eat them but those don't look ripe

I have seen ants herd aphids which feed on these and some seed eating species carried the seed.
