Looks like a Colobopsis species, although I'm not sure the images aren't too clear.

Colobopsis species have flattened faces, kind of like a cylinder. As far as I know minor workers do not have this feature but queens and majors do. Go to the full post

I found this queen and 2 workers in a rotting twin in my backyard.
The queen is a Reddish Brown color with a small yellow spot on the bottom of her gaster, She is 6 mm long.
The workers are Reddish Black and 3 mm long.
The queen has 3 long slim eggs.
