Hi all,

Another queen ID please!!

1. I found her in Panton Hill, Victoria, Australia in light bush/scrub. It was a warm day 32c.

2. Found on the 6th February 2016
3. Found in light bushland/scrub.
4. She is VERY small 4mm long.
5. Colour is light brown throughout the body.

She does look like red Pheidole. Another possible guess is Aphaenogaster (smaller head).

Hi guys,

I've already had some nanitics from this queen.

Below is a photo of one.

What do you think? Still Pheidole?

B.
