I believe that's what this is, but not sure. 4mm long. Found in my back yard. My back yard is desert. Caught 15 or so last night with black light and sheet.

These look more like Nylanderia to me...but take that with a huge grain of salt

Just kidding! Good luck with them. I've had trouble getting Brachymyrmex started.
