If i leave my fully claustral queen alone for about 5-6 days, would i need to feed her soon? Can fully-claustral queens starve?

Fully claustral queens normally don't receive any nourishment until one of their workers bring them some.

You can put a drop of sugar water on a piece of tin foil and leave it there in the tube for her to drink (if she wishes). I wouldn't recommend honey because she could get stuck in it and die.
