Hello everyone! I'm rekindling my childhood dream of keeping ant colonies and has found the forum to be tremendously helpful and insightful. Thank you everyone for your contribution!
It's currently Fall and I don't have any ants or formicariums, but there're plently of research, preparation, and experimentation to be done for next year.
I have materials ordered including a formicarium and may look into adopting a colony of Camponotus pennsylvanicus or Formica subsericea.
