I have had a carebara diversa 2 queen colony for about 3 months now and I am very scared for them. They have lost 2 out of 3 supermajors and have had a brood pile that is not at all big enough to replace their dead. I feed them regularly both protein and sugars. The only reason they are in such a big nest is because I thought they would fill it up faster but that that is not the case so far. I have tried to move them but I have not tried again in fear of further stressing them. Any info would be helpful at this point.

Quick question if you are in Missouri how did you aquire this colony?

Is their nest eing watered? they can be dehydrated

Honeslty it also an be that the queen isn't the best producer, especially since the workers die pretty quickly.

The thing is is that I have 2 queens, so I would have to be pretty unlucky to get 2 slow producing queens.
