Is it a Queen or not?

While I was walking in the forest, I came across this ant.
At first, I thought it was a regular worker, since its abdomen wasn’t very big, which made me think it was a worker.
But after looking more closely, I didn’t see any similar ants around, and this made me wonder if it might be a queen.
However, in my opinion, it is not a queen.
What do you all think?

I should also add that it doesn’t move much inside the test tube, which is more like queen behavior.
I’m really confused.
