I thought I'd start a thread on coffee. I'm a big fan of it and have been drinking it for many years now. Over time I've used many coffee methods from pourover to nespresso machines. Now I've happily settled on the Moka pot. I use a handgrinder and use my 6-cup Bialetti Venus. It's stainless steel instead of the usual aluminum so it cleans easily.
These are some photos from yesterday morning. I used some beans a friend of mine brought me from El Salvador.
Coffee grinded and in the cup.
My moka on the stove.
The coffee starting.
The finished cup.
Moka Coffee is very strong. It's kinda similar to espresso but is very different. You need to try it to understand.
