This is now the second time that I've acquired a mature colony from my back yard! I moved into this place late last year, and this summer a plant has been growing that could be toxic to my dog. It has a huge root system so I had to dig a massive hole in the yard, and with the dirt came a colony of Solenopsis Fugax. Took about a week, but I finally got them all moved to a test tube.

There's at least 2 queens, maybe more.

I'm especially looking for suggestions on what kind of nest I should make for them. I'd love to utilize the ytong I have, but they are SO tiny, can they escape from it?? (Glass and all joints for tubing would be siliconed)

Any other suggestions are welcome!
