Hi,
I have 2 queens starting new colonies right now, but I need to keep just one, is there a way how to say which of them is healthier? one is propably bigger a little bit, with bigger gaster, but the other one had her brood up frist, and is at 3, while the bigger one at 2. I think she has less eggs too... so does that mean that smaller is better? or the size doesn't mean a thing? or is it thta she just started earlier, but the bigger one will soon catch up? Thanks in advance

Nanitic count. If one gets 12 workers and the other gets 5, the one with 12 is almost always healthier.
