Distinct red Thorax and head, black abdomen. About 6-8mm long. Pretty sure it's pheidole but it could also be solenopsis.

I took some better pictures, looks more like crematogaster but again I'm probably wrong.

It looks to be a solenopis. The thorax is too smooth to be pheidole. If you could get pictures from the side that would be great.

Crematogaster

 

Solenopsis should have a distinct 2-segmented club. The wing venation also helps -- Pheidole would have two submarginal cells (as opposed to the single submarginal seen here), and Solenopsis would have a more elongate submarginal cell and a smaller discoidal cell. The size and shape of the submarginal and discoidal cells here are characteristic of Crematogaster.

Definitely not Pheidole.
