Hey everyone, wondering if anyone knows what species these drones are? Found several of them in my swimming pool this morning but no queens. These look to be all black, and are about 3mm in length. I live in Wisconsin. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First is a Ponera pennsylvanica queen, second is a Lasius male.
