Tetramorium immigrans. Nuptial flights are definitely happening right now for this species, caught a bunch myself!

Manica invidia (1 queen,  ~200 workers)

Manica invidia (1 colonies, 1 queens plus 3 workers)

Lasius niger (single queen, ~200 workers - naturalistic, predatory set-up)

Lasius americanus (1 colony, ~10 workers)

Tetramorium immigrans (3 colonies, 3 queens, ~ five workers each | 1 colony, 1 queen, ~1200 workers)

Formica aserva (aserva queen, ~15  â€‹Formica neorufibarbis workers)

No, this queen has stored deposits of food In its gaster, so you shouldn't need to feed it. I also believe it dissolves a piece of its brain as food. However, if you want to you can give her a bit of sugar-water, but personally I don't recommend it. Workers should come pretty quickly for this species, so get ready!
