Found her in South Korea. Looks to be a queen.

About 0.5 ~ 0.7mm

Some features are: Glistening black carpace, heart-shaped head, and orange/yellowish tint on the ends of her legs.

My Dendrolasius ID skills could use some work, but I'm pretty sure this is Lasius spathepus. Scapes and legs quite broad and flattened, body shiny and generally appearing to lack pubescence, and spathepus seems to be the most common Dendrolasius in South Korea.

It's a subgenus of Lasius.
