Help with ID - Caught in Utah last week

caught two queens last week. I am new to this

 

The one with the black thorax has 3 eggs now. no eggs on the brown/black (one with both wings) thorax one.

 

Could use help identifying them.

They're both Formica queens. The second one is fusca-group, I'm not certain on the first though.

I would especially compare the second queen to my queen of Formica montana.
