I have a Camponotus queen that I caught yesterday during the massive first flight and I was wondering if anyone can give me care tips, advice, time for eggs, time for workers, and anything helpful.

Care for nearcticus is basically the same as any other typical Camponotus. Go read the care sheet for Camponotus pennsylvanicus, and you can treat nearcticus the same.

"The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer." Prov. 30:25
Keep ordinary ants in extraordinary ways.
