I used a Ants Canada Large Tower for a nest around 2022, when the ant colony died, it was left neglected, and it contained mold for a year or so. I was thinking of using it again, but i don't know if this will cause problems in the future for my ants. I washed it out all the mold and dirt, I also washed the other attachments included in the kit. I don't know if this will cause any problems for future ant colonies. Please tell me if it is ok or not ok to still house ants in the Ants Canada Large Tower. Thank you!

Soak it in a vinegar/water solution for a while then rinse very well. It will work fine after that.
