What are these?

I found these in a pecan in southwestern Missouri a while back and have not been able to ID them. They look like giant Pharoh ants to me. The queen has one big black stripe on her abdomen, and her workers have 3 black spots on their’s. Here is the picture.

You mentioned dots on the workers abdomens, so T. curvispinosus (Temnothorax curvispinosus) seems like a valid ID. Btw, these are not pharaoh ants (Monomorium pharaohensis) even though they look a lot like them. Usually, if you find an ant colony in any kind of nut, it tends to be of this genus (Temnothorax) or acorn ants.
