[Mushu]

This is an interesting ant documentary on how ants adapt to urban life:

 

some notes:

 

Prenolepis imparis typically estivate during summer but they have found them to be active in August. 

 

Due to lack of protein in some cases(humans drop more carbs then protein), colonies adapt to reduce colony size and are more voracious hunters(preferring crickets over corn chips,etc).
