I have a Crematogaster colony with about 120 workers and was wondering what is the best way to increase their numbers fast? I keep them at 75 to 80 degrees if that helps at all!

Thank you for your time!

Protien, protien, and protien. Give feed them insects regularly, every day if you can. I give my Crematogaster a medium sized cricket a day and try to mix in other insects.

This. Also try to increase heat. 75 is low for them.
