Hello my name is Ivan and I’m from San Antonio Texas. I’m new to ant keeping and would love to know if anyone else is from San Antonio or Austin and would like to go anting with me. I’m looking for any type of honey pot ants, any Camponotus, and pogonomyrmex barbatus.

Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. -Proverbs 6: 6-8

Welcome to Formiculture Ivan! It's nice to see another Texan ant keeper on here. Sadly, I'm in Dallas but if I'm ever for some reason down in that area, I'll let you know.
antastico!
