i builded a 30 cm x 15 cm formicarium and i have a few questions.

What ants will be more good to keep, lasius niger or temnothorax albipennis?

Will the nest be hydrated or i need to do a hydratation room?

The lasius niger colony have about teen workers, a low of brood. The temnothorax 3 workers 2 pupae and 2 larva and some eggs.

That is quite a big Formicarium for such small colonies.i say get the Lasius Niger.
