So one of my friends came across a colony of Monomorium ergatogyna while working in southern Oregon. He collected the colony and split it, as they had quite a few queens. I got 2 queens with about 30ish workers and eggs from him. I moved them into a bifurcated mini hearth, and they quickly set up shop on the water tower.
