Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota, found it in my bedroom window

Date: 18/6/23
Habitat: Unsure
Length: About a quarter of an inch, maybe more

So I found this on my in my room, and I was wondering what species it is and if it were a queen?
Thank you! (It's darker than the picture, as the picture is in a yellow tinted test-tube)
