No Myrmecocystus species is native to Kentucky which means that the ant would have to cross state lines. Without a PPQ-526 permit you legally can not get this ant. 


Keeper of no ants currently. Recently moved out of a state. Don’t worry I’ll me back in no time with hundreds of colonies. I hope.  :*(
