If you kill all native ants, or even just like 5 species you could SEVERELY damage the WHOLE ecosystem. There are so many animals that rely on ants as a source of food or protection, and if you wipe out one species then that affects everything else that relies on them and likely end up killing them too. And it just keeps going and it's a massive cascade of damage. I don't know why people would want to wipe out NATIVE ants. That's like kicking someone out of their OWN home and telling them to live on the street.
