so i found a Brachymyrmex depilis queen 2 days ago infront of a Brachymyrmex depilis hive i put one worker in with her they get next to each other (a worker and the queen i found ) they don't have there gaster up so dose this mean the queen can get along with the Coloney i dug up? they been in the test tube together for about 30 mins and they get next to each other then run away they both took turns to get a drink they would run to the other side from each other  ( i dug 2 foot deep and 2 foot all around hole ) any tips ?

That's definitely a Brachy queen, but are you sure that's a Brachymyrmex worker? It looks a bit large, maybe it's a worker from a different species...

This person evidently does not know their ants very well if they told you that the worker is Brachymyrmex.

b depills worker are very timed  so the worker is likely afraid of the queen
