Starting a colony from workers

Just wondering, I managed to capture about 10 dry wood termite workers and put them in a container with a piece of wood with a pre drilled hole. Is it remotely possible for them to create a new king and queen? If so, how long would it take for a male and female to molt into a reproductive king and queen?

No, I don’t believe so. I’m no expert though.

Ok thank you.I wasn’t sure bc when I searched online, some sources said that all workers have the ability to develop into a new king or queen in the event that one of them dies. Wasn’t sure if this applied to dry wood termites though.
