Lasius or Brachymyrmex? & Pheidole

Tonight I caught two queens one on my black light and one in my brightly light garage. One I suspect is a Pheidole sp. and the other is probably a Brachymyrmex or a Lasius. I need your help to get a more positive ID. Here are so pics
Pheidole sp. Size: 4mm

I keep: C. modoc, C. sansabeanus  :D, C. maritimus, Formica argentea, M. mexicanus  :D, Odontomachus brunneus :D, Pogonomyrmex californicus, Pogonomyrmex rugosus,
