1. Found in Oklahoma city
2. Found mid June, first Niantic just appeared
3. Found multiple wondering my patio in a new neighborhood near wooded areas
Turns larvae into cocoons.

I agree, it’s vary hard to tell the difference without a microscope.

I am leaning towards decipiens, because of the markings on the propodeum.
