Conditions for Lasius neoniger nuptial flights and where to hunt for queens

I was wondering what conditions would be ideal for a Lasius neoniger nuptial flight and were some good spots are that I can catch queens of this species at. I'm in Los angales county so If you know about any spots near or in LA county that I might be able to find L.neoniger mated alates during their nuptial flights please tell me. Thanks!
