Hi I found an ant I think she is a queen and want an ID please

1. Location (on a map) of collection: Hampton VA
2. Date of collection: 5/19/22
3. Habitat of collection:running around on the dirt confused
4. Length (from head to gaster):1/2CM
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: dark brown dark orange
6. Distinguishing characteristics: wings orange feet orange middle section then dark brown head and but

Nylanderia sp., probably N. flavipes if they're in your area.

Hampton is too far south for flavipes.

Nylanderia faisonensis is common in that area, and the pale middle and hind coxae (basal leg joints) characteristic of that species are visible on at least one leg in each picture.

Thank you. I just checked on her and there are no workers yet. She spent 13 days in the closet in a test tube.
