insects found in colony

I found 3 tiny termite looking insects between the glass and nest and i am not sure if the are harmful

Your description makes me think booklice but without pics it’s impossible to say for sure.

Thought so but they look pretty similar then again they are tiny and I can't see them well.

Booklice pose no significant threat to the ants.
