Hello! I hope everything is well.

I was thinking about having a meeting this summer in South California and use those days to go and catch some Queens together (we could arrange the days in relation to the nuptial flights calendar to improve chances of catching and having different species/options)

I don't know if there are ongoing IRL activities.

What do you think? I'm opening the thread for suggestions.

Have a great weekend!

Been keeping ants since January of 2021

Always try new things, even if its hard, hard is not impossible. We are smart and it's good to be smart but not too smart for your own good.

I know whenever I go out on Invertebrate Club of Southern California collecting trips I'm keeping an eye out for ant queens and the like (recently found Pheidole colonies for the first time on such a trip), would be a pleasure to attend a more ant-focused get together, or just have some more anters to talk with on ICSC trips in general.

Thanks,

Arthroverts
