Agreed. Welcome to the forum! I am Croatian American, and I also keep Crematogaster.

You can keep a queen in her test tube up until ten or so workers, when it is usually too hard to feed them without workers escaping. At that point, you can put their tube into an outworld or move them into a small formicarium. You shouldn't move them into a larger formicarium until they have enough workers to fill a good portion of it.

Crematogaster should grow very fast, and they are not picky about their housing. Keep your colony in a tube placed in an outworld until they get to about 100 workers. They would be fine if you move them into something sooner, but there is no need. The key to success with them is lots of food and lots of foraging space; the nest is a non-issue really.

Let me see if i got this correctly. When my queen reaches around ten workers inside the tube i am placing tube into outworld. Colony should grow larger and when they reach around 100 workers i can introduce them to a nest part of formicarium. Does this mean that the nest part should be blocked from entering if its allready part of formicarium?
When is the time to remove cotton from the tube, so they can move freely around outworld?
When should i start giving them food?

They need food as soon as the first workers come. You can just use a plastic container for their outworld and either remove the cotton from the tube or put a straw between it and they side for an entrance/exit.
